Employment Solicitor | National L500 Firm BCL Legal are working with a leading national law firm to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor for their Northampton office. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on a range of employment law matters, including settlement agreements, tribunal claims, and general advisory work. - Represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims, preparing Grounds of Resistance, disclosure, drafting witness statements, and attending hearings. - Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures. - Stay updated on employment law developments and deliver client training on relevant changes. About You: - A qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in employment law. - Experience in handling employment tribunal claims and providing practical, strategic advice to clients. - Able to manage your own caseload and demonstrate strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
